What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, project type, project details and (optionally) budget range you provide. We do not run general-purpose analytics on this site. With your consent, Google Ads measurement tags load and record conversion signals tied to ad clicks.
Why we process it
Contact submissions are processed to reply to your enquiry — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to a prospective client. Advertising measurement runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) collected via the cookie banner.
Who receives it
Contact form content and meeting bookings are relayed to our internal Discord workspace via webhook (Discord Inc., USA). Scheduling is handled by Cal.com Inc. (USA), which stores your name, email and chosen slot. Advertising tags share event data with Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (USA). All transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are kept in our internal channel for up to 24 months unless they convert into an active engagement. Consent records are kept for up to 24 months so we can show your choice was free and informed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and you can object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec). To exercise any right, email [email protected] or use the contact form.
No automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing or profiling.
